** US$ 40 cleaning fee.
** Security deposit: US $800 for short stays; 1 month of rent for long stays.
Cancellation policy - cancel up to eight weeks before check-in without penalty:
US $150 security deposit advance required at contract signing to hold your reservation, balance due at check-in with rent payment.
